Mi familia y yo hemos estado viniendo desde 2009. NUNCA hubo un problema, problema o algo negativo hasta hace 2 años. El personal de la oficina cambió de manos. Tenían gente dentro y fuera. Los doctores, enfermeras y personal de la oficina literalmente se han marchado durante mis citas. ¡Solo han tenido una enfermera en la práctica y ella es increíble! Ella es cariñosa, amable y hace todo lo posible para asegurarse de que se satisfagan sus necesidades. Las dos chicas de la oficina, Mindy y Alicia, son las mujeres más groseras y condescendientes con las que he tenido el disgusto. No importa cuál conteste el teléfono, ambos son DESGORDADOS. En persona son incluso peores. A ambos les podría importar menos cómo estás, cómo te sientes o cualquier cosa. Ellos reservan todo con tanta anticipación que es difícil obtener una cita por enfermedad el mismo día. Se necesitan varios tonos para que respondan, y luego siempre lo ponen en espera durante largos períodos de tiempo.
