¡Este lugar es HORRIBLE! Está sucio y el personal es horrible.
No tengo nada positivo que decir al respecto.
Dejaron a mi mamá sentada en sus propias heces y no le ofrecieron ayuda para limpiarse. Había heces por todo el baño, el suelo, la cama y ella (¡durante días!) ¡Y nadie hizo NADA!
Cuando me acerqué al personal al respecto, todo lo que pudieron decir fue "¡¿No lo sé ?!" Ellos sabían del desorden mientras estaban sirviendo comida en su habitación y no hicieron NADA para corregirlo.

También he presentado una queja de MC, pero si amas a tu familia / amigos, ¡¡¡NO LOS ENVÍES AQUÍ !!
