Fui testigo y víctima y me trataron terriblemente incluso me arrebataron algo de las manos. No me citaron, así que me fui y luego se portaron muy bien conmigo y me dijeron cuánto me necesitaban. A la gente de mala calidad no le importa nada ni nadie más que ellos mismos y los demás abogados.

Un hombre aquí saboteó totalmente mi caso. Yo era una víctima. Me llamó una semana antes de la fecha de la corte. Me dijo que cambiara mi declaración porque no era un "buen caso". Dijo que no viniera a la corte para que lo desestimara cuando fuera. De nuevo para cambiar mi declaración, dijeron que ya no podía presentar cargos, así que básicamente me saboteó. ¿Qué tipo de persona le haría eso a alguien que intenta buscar justicia? Este es un sistema muy perverso.

Lo pusieron en un stet n se suponía que debía mantenerse alejado de mí, pero siguió llamando y escribiendo desde la cárcel y nadie hizo nada ni lo investigó. Se le ordenó que tomara consejería por abuso de violencia doméstica o algún tipo de clases de manejo de la ira y se suponía que debía completarlo y él no cumplió y no hicieron nada. Entonces, siendo yo víctima de violencia doméstica, él todavía está cerca para convencerme de que me controle y nadie lo ayudó a mantenerlo a raya. Ahora las tornas se han vuelto en mi contra. Me puso las manos encima y esta vez me defiendo y ahora el fiscal del estado me ha acusado de agresión. Luego lo llaman y me preguntan si le dije que no fuera a la corte porque si lo hacía puedo ir a la cárcel, así que claro que ahora sabe que dice que sí, ella me amenazó con no aparecer. N boom, tengo nuevos cargos contra mí y me metieron en la cárcel, smh. Ahora no solo soy víctima de violencia doméstica, sino que me han mentido en encarcelamientos falsos. ¡La oficina del fiscal del estado necesita mirar más a fondo y hacer la tarea! ¡Es obvio que soy la víctima aquí gente! ¿Qué tal si abres el caso con el stet y lo haces tomar las malditas clases porque si ustedes se hubieran asegurado de que él tomara las clases en primer lugar, probablemente yo no estaría en este lío?

Terrible lugar, la gente de aquí es bastante inepta. Es muy triste.
