Revisión del centro de salud (la vida asistida fue mucho mejor)
Mamá fue atendida en la parte de vida asistida, pero cuando llegó al centro de salud, no la trataron muy bien y su medio de vida se agotó. Hubo numerosas ocasiones en que mi hermana o yo nos detuvimos para visitar la ventana y ocurrieron varios sucesos. Una vez ella estaba parada en medio de su habitación sin pantalones y no pudieron encontrar ningún pantalón para ella. En otra ocasión, mi hermana esperó 15 minutos en la ventana hasta que alguien ayudó a mamá con sus artículos de tocador. El golpe final fue cuando fuimos a buscar a mamá para llevarla a otra instalación y ella había estado sentada en sus propios pantalones empapados en orina y la silla en la que estaba sentada estaba empapada con su orina. Había recipientes de comida vacíos esparcidos por la habitación y en su maceta. Había ropa manchada de orina en su armario y ropa interior sucia en el armario. Podría seguir, pero me entiendes. No era adecuado para mi perro. Uno de los trabajadores que asistió sabía que estábamos molestos, pero no hizo nada para rectificar la situación ni expresar remordimiento. Ella no es un activo para el centro de salud Attic Angels.

¡He trabajado aquí durante 10 años y me encanta! ¡La mejor atención para los residentes y el empleador más atento para el personal que he experimentado!

Los residentes son lo primero; ¡Es tan gratificante verlos sonreír! Honestamente puedo decir que en los últimos 14 años, nunca hubo un día en el que no quisiera ir a trabajar. ¡Maravillosos residentes, voluntarios y personal!

Ambiente muy limpio, hogareño. El personal parece muy amable y la residencia parece estar de muy buen humor.
