Compresor comprado en línea por compresor-compresor, escriben entrega en 5 días pedido el 06 de mayo, llegó el 28 de mayo.
Después de poco más de un mes de uso normal, falla en el cierre. Distribuidor de altavoces para asistencia un día después de la solicitud. Pero, a los tres días de la retirada del compresor, me dicen que la reparación está detenida porque esperan la aprobación de la empresa matriz para la intervención de garantía. Malo !!!
Después de una semana y un día, todavía bastante firme. El minorista sigue repitiendo que aún no tienen la aprobación y que este es el procedimiento que tiene sus tiempos.
Creo que sus tiempos, que no respetan las necesidades del cliente, ni siquiera dan la disponibilidad de un compresor de recambio para tiempos de reparación.
29/07 Una vez recibida la reparación en garantía, el distribuidor ha reparado y devuelto rápidamente el compresor.

Muy alta profesionalidad. Respuestas rápidas y oportunas. Las máquinas Atlas Copco siguen siendo las mejores del mercado.

ATLAS COPCO disfruta de una posición dominante y la venta ya no sigue a los clientes. Ay de necesitar asistencia técnica, costos desorbitados y un servicio totalmente inadecuado con tiempos de entrega bíblicos. ¡Nunca más compre implantes ATLAS COPCO!

Imposible comunicarme con un Jefe de la Sede, y no solo, recurrí a uno de sus distribuidores en mi área para comprar un compresor ... sin respuesta sobre precios, características, etc.
Lo más llamativo, no conocen sus productos ... ¿un ejemplo? Intente preguntar cuántos decibelios de sonido produce su compresor AH15 e24. Además de la no cortesía, en mi opinión, te hacen pasar las ganas de comprarles.
