Le escribo esta reseña a Aten Technologies Inc, porque parece que es la misma dirección de la empresa Iogear que me vendió un teclado de computadora. Después de 1 año de uso, el teclado dejó de funcionar. El teclado tenía una garantía de 3 años y esto fue confirmado inicialmente por la asistencia técnica de Iogear. Luego me dijeron que el teclado era parte de un lote que solo tenía un período de garantía de 90 días y por lo tanto no querían reemplazarlo / repararlo. En el momento de la compra, no se me notificó tal restricción, ya que compré el teclado y me aseguré de tener una garantía de 3 años. Lo que ofreció Iogear fue aún más divertido. Me dijeron que me iban a dar $ 2 de descuento en el próximo teclado (a la venta por alrededor de $ 18) y te cobran $ 10 por el envío.
