¿Alguna vez ha oído hablar de una guardería que expulsa a un bebé de 10 meses? Bueno, esto nos pasó a nosotros.
Mi hija comenzó en AACC cuando tenía 3 meses. Amamos a todos los maestros que la han cuidado durante los últimos 7 meses. Sin embargo, de repente, todos sus maestros decidieron irse y no había nadie más cuidando del bebé que no fuera la directora (la Sra. Amy). Cuando fui a recoger a mi hija el primer día que la Sra. Amy se ocupaba de los bebés, me dijo que no podía alimentar a mi bebé con leche. Me sorprendió que no me notificara durante el día, sino que esperé hasta que la recogiera. Mi hija nunca había tenido este problema antes y me preocupaba que el hecho de que no tomara ningún biberón pudiera ser una señal de que estaba enferma. Luego me pidió que le mostrara cómo alimentar a mi bebé. Me sorprendió porque ningún otro maestro me pidió que les mostrara cómo alimentar al bebé, pero lo hice, y mi hija tomó el biberón y casi se termina el biberón en 5 minutos. Luego se emocionó mucho y me atacó diciendo palabras muy discriminatorias raciales que lamentaba haberse llevado a cualquier bebé chino y cree que todas las mamás chinas son débiles y están demasiado preocupadas.
Al día siguiente, recibí un correo electrónico de la Sra. Amy diciendo que ella cree que mi bebé tiene problemas para alimentarse y que considera a mi bebé como una carga innecesaria para todos los maestros, por lo que debe expulsarla. El correo electrónico estaba más allá de mi comprensión. Mi hija nunca ha tenido problemas con la alimentación y sus biberones siempre están vacíos cuando la recojo. He hablado con todos los profesores y ninguno de ellos me mencionó nada ni en los informes diarios que me proporcionaron.
Mi hija solo tiene 10 meses ahora y no sabe demasiado lo que está pasando. Definitivamente reportaré esto al departamento de licencias y espero que ninguno de los dos que ve este comentario ya no tenga que lidiar con esto.
