Pasamos 5 noches y 6 días en nuestras vacaciones. Nuestro hotel en Best Western Gold Rush Inn. Muy limpio y la gente era genial. Disfruté de tener el pub en la planta baja para el desayuno y la cena. Nuestro viaje fue muy completo y poco tiempo para dormir. Una de las mejores partes de nuestro viaje fue el recorrido en helicóptero. Nuestro piloto fue Malcolm. Fue fantástico. También fuimos recibidos por el dueño. Fue una manera perfecta de comenzar nuestro recorrido. Esa tarde hicimos un recorrido por la reserva de vida silvestre y las aguas termales. Al ser canadienses, los animales no eran raros a excepción del Linx y Hot Springs fue decepcionante. El agua no estaba CALIENTE y no estaba muy limpia. El día siguiente fue un día completo de motos de nieve. Mi esposo conducía la moto de nieve y yo iba en la parte de atrás. Estaba muy feliz de que mi esposo tuviera experiencia con las motos de nieve en su juventud. Nuestro guía KGO fue fantástico. Fue muy paciente y conocedor. Hizo que nuestro día fuera inolvidable. Esa noche fuimos a ver la aurora boreal y pudimos verlos a través de la cámara y compramos una foto. Nuestro guía Motto estaba muy decidido a ayudarnos con esto. La única parte molesta de nuestro recorrido fue el trineo de perros. Eso sí, solo dormimos 3 horas desde la noche anterior. Me dijeron que no podía montar en la matanza en un tour de medio día. No me dieron ninguna opción al reservar este tour con ustedes originalmente. He ido a pasear en trineos tirados por perros en Algonquin Park y sus perros fueron entrenados para detenerse con una palabra especial y mucho más en control. ¡¡Duré 2 1/2 horas después de ser arrojado 3 veces !! Fue un milagro que no me hicieran daño. Este tour no es para la persona promedio de la ciudad que tiene muy poca experiencia con esta actividad. La descripción de este recorrido fue "un paseo suave por la serena zona de Whitehorse". Permítaseme sugerirle que ofrezca opciones modificadas para que aquellos de nosotros elijamos. Los huéspedes de nuestro hotel se reunían en el vestíbulo para hablar sobre nuestros recorridos y no soy la única persona que tuvo una mala experiencia en este recorrido. El boca a boca se difundirá y perjudicará esta gira.

Absolutamente el peor servicio al cliente que he encontrado. Quería reservar un recorrido por varias ciudades con ellos, me tomó 2 semanas obtener una respuesta por correo electrónico de Andersons para un itinerario tentativo. Mi respuesta a ese correo electrónico nunca fue respondida. Quizás las cosas se pierdan en el ciberespacio ..... Siendo paciente, llamé para intentar reservar el viaje con un agente. Le dije al agente por teléfono que estaba realmente interesado y que quería reservar el viaje. Dijo que necesitaba verificar la disponibilidad del hotel y que se comunicaría conmigo en breve. Eso fue hace 10 días y todavía no hay respuesta. No hace falta decir que seguí adelante y reservé todo el viaje yo mismo. Por favor, manténgase alejado de los viajes de Anderson, no tienen idea de lo que es un buen servicio al cliente.
