Aunque todos con los que traté en AMP fueron amables, desafortunadamente simplemente tuve que pagar y tirar los casi $ 11,000 de producto impreso que hicieron para mí debido a que no estaban hechos según las especificaciones y no tenían ningún interés en arreglarlo.

Especifiqué una coincidencia de color de tinta Pantone (uno de los procesos más estándar en la industria de la impresión), lo cual fue fundamental para que todos mis materiales impresos y empaques coincidan perfectamente. La muestra de reducción de tinta que me enviaron como prueba de preproducción ya no era una combinación excelente (un poco demasiado oscura), pero luego el color de producción se desvió aún más de ese (aún más oscuro), de modo que lo que se suponía que era una luz el rosa salió con un color salmón anaranjado intenso. Después de plantear el problema, mostrarles fotos de comparación (ver más abajo) y explicarles que no iba a poder usar el producto debido a la mala compatibilidad, se encogieron de hombros. Después de muchos rechazos y varias rondas de discusión, me ofrecieron un descuento del 9,6% (!) En el pedido, citando que no había protestado por la coincidencia de reducción ya mala y sugiriendo que el color de producción estaba "dentro de la tolerancia" (sin especificar métrica) de esa reducción aprobada, sin dejar de reconocer que ni siquiera era una buena combinación para eso. No estaba muy impresionado por su falta de interés en mi experiencia como cliente, en lugar de eso recurrí al tecnicismo de que no me había quejado de la mala coincidencia de reducción y dije que la mala coincidencia de producción con la reducción era efectivamente "lo suficientemente cerca" de eso. Mira las imágenes a continuación con luz natural y juzga por ti mismo. No hace falta decir que no es así como se supone que funciona. Cuando uno especifica y paga una coincidencia de colores directos Pantone, se espera que sea exacta. Después de todo, ese es el objetivo del sistema.

No profesional. Para una empresa de impresión que afirma tener una amplia gama de capacidades, solicita una gran cantidad de artículos a los proveedores y simplemente los marca para su reventa. Básicamente, me quedé sin $ 2,000 del producto entregado que no se ha pagado en más de 6 meses sin comunicación o respuesta de la empresa. Todo lo que puedo decir es que se mantenga alejado.
