He vivido en Oakland durante más de 30 años. Nací y crecí en el Área de la Bahía y quiero ver lo mejor para nuestros hijos. Todavía no he obtenido una entrevista para el puesto de entrenador en jefe de baloncesto. Tengo más de 20 años de experiencia y las credenciales educativas.

Sin embargo, no me gusta cualquier adulto que abiertamente llama mentiroso a un administrador solo porque ellos mismos no tienen las credenciales para enseñar a un nivel de preparación universitaria. Ese comentario y esa mentalidad, en sí mismos, no lo harían una buena opción.

Amethod Schools es una broma de una organización mal dirigida con administradores incompetentes. Tengo excelentes credenciales educativas y experiencia docente, y fui elogiado calurosamente en mis dos entrevistas introductorias. Pero cuando me volví demasiado "real" al preguntar por el salario, Pete Cordero se volvió cada vez más vago. Resulta que sus salarios están muy por debajo de las escuelas autónomas de la competencia, y sus miserables salarios no son realistas dado el alto costo de vida del Área de la Bahía. No es de extrañar que las escuelas de Amethod experimenten una alta rotación de maestros. Después de que me volví demasiado "real" sobre el salario, Cordero me dio un recorrido superficial en el que no me presentaron a ningún maestro, personal o estudiantes, sino que solo vi habitaciones, mesas, sillas y paredes. ¡Qué maravillosa introducción a la cultura deshumanizante de Amethod! Claramente, las relaciones humanas no vienen al caso en Amethod. Más tarde, el director Villa comenzó a inventar razones como que yo no tenía una certificación aprobada, aunque sus anuncios claramente dicen que aceptan solicitantes que "quieren certificación" pero que no tienen certificación. Así que aquí mintió. De lo contrario, me mintieron más tarde cuando publiqué esto en Glassdoor, y me dijeron que yo era simplemente un "mal ajuste cultural". Entonces, ¿cuál es la razón correcta? "carece de certificación" o "no encaja" Sus historias son inconsistentes y deshonestas. Entonces, esto quiere decir que la cultura de Amethod no valora la honestidad, la transparencia, el pensamiento crítico y la acción independiente. ¿Amethod no se preocupa por las relaciones humanas y el bienestar de sus empleados a quienes se les paga salarios de esclavos pero que viven en un área de alto costo de vida? ¡Verdaderamente loco! Y las razones que me dieron difieren notablemente, por lo que hay una falta de honestidad, transparencia y coherencia. Una organización tan incompetente y mal dirigida.
