Primero, me gustaría señalar que entiendo las necesidades comerciales y sus bajas ofertas para conseguir el trabajo. Dicho esto, me dijeron que viniera a una entrevista hoy y recibí una experiencia que nunca olvidaré.

Me presenté, me pidieron que llenara una solicitud (aunque la agencia que me envió ya la envió) y luego me llamaron para una entrevista. La señora que conducía la entrevista parecía muy molesta por algo, pero simplemente lo descarté, probablemente fue porque muchos candidatos vinieron y afirmaron que tenían experiencia y no pasaron la prueba de soldadura.

Todo parecía ir bien hasta que el entrevistador vio que yo marcaba los domingos y sábados de la lista de disponibilidad. Me dijeron las horas de trabajo que requería este puesto, turnos de 12 horas los 7 días de la semana. Lo que más me molestó fue que si me negaba o negaba solo UN domingo, me decían que me podían despedir (era una señal de que esperaban que sus trabajadores se comprometieran con la empresa que con su propia vida personal).
