The packaging of the food items was neat and secured 👌. However, I was a bit disappointed with the taste of the food 🤔. It lacked the flavor and freshness I was expecting, which was a letdown. The portion sizes were decent though, so that's a plus 👍. The delivery was on time, but the customer service could be improved. I had an issue with an incorrect order, and it took some time to resolve. Overall, my experience with Alpha Food Labs was average. They have good potential, but there are areas they need to work on to enhance the taste and customer service.
