Fuimos campistas de ADC durante 8 años. En el verano de 2019, pagamos por adelantado para el verano de 2020.
ADC está alojado en la escuela 7Hills. 7 Hills es una instalación increíble con muchas cosas que pueden hacer los niños.
Debido a Covid, 7 Hills no permitió que ADC usara sus instalaciones.
Luego, ADC alquiló una pequeña iglesia de mala calidad para usarla como campamento. Las instalaciones no eran de ninguna manera comparables. Y ADC quería la misma matrícula (muy alta).
Solicitamos un reembolso DESPUÉS de que ADC cambiara unilateralmente la ubicación y los términos de nuestro acuerdo. Esto dio inicio a una ronda de peleas en la que ADC quería mantener nuestro dinero.
Después de muchas discusiones, finalmente recuperamos la mayor parte de la matrícula. ADC se quedó con $ 184. Eso sí, nuestra hija no pasó ni un segundo en el campamento en 2020.
Si hubiéramos ido a un tribunal de justicia, habríamos recuperado nuestros $ 184. Pero Kevin y ADC deben sufrir el daño a la reputación de su decisión.
¡El comprador tenga cuidado! Tomaría mi dinero en otra parte.
