Visité por una oportunidad de empleo y trabajé allí por poco tiempo. No hubo capacitación real y el gerente de facturación estaba muy desconcertado. Fui a una sesión de facturación obligatoria la segunda semana y no obtuve ayuda, a pesar de que me dijeron que me querrían a través de los diferentes programas que necesitaba usar para obtener la información. Fue horrible, no recibí ayuda alguna.

SI obtiene los servicios configurados correctamente al principio, se ejecutarán de esa manera hasta que algo en su vida cambie. Entonces, conseguir que un asistente social le devuelva la llamada es casi imposible. He dejado 1-3 mensajes a la semana durante las últimas 3,5 semanas y ninguno de ellos ha sido devuelto. Parece que siempre carecen de personal y el personal carece de formación básica. En los 6 años que he sido cliente aquí, he tenido UN buen asistente social. No le avisan si su asistente social se va. Y buena suerte tratando de encontrar a alguien en la gerencia que lo ayude. Les daría menos estrellas excepto por un asistente social bueno y receptivo.
