LLAMADO DOS VECES AMBAS VECES LA PERSONA QUE RESPONDIÓ EL TELÉFONO FUE RUDO, NI NI SIQUIERA DARÍA UN SALUDO GENERAL Y ACTUÓ MOLESTO LLAMÉ. CUANDO FUE TRANSFERIDO A PIEZAS, ACTUARON INCONVENIENTES QUE NECESITABA AYUDA, Y MUCHO ME ACABÓ DE PASARME SIN DARME NINGUNA AYUDA. COMO EMPRESA, SIEMPRE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO OTRAS EMPRESAS QUE NOS AYUDEN A PEDIR PIEZAS. ACI Cayó PISO EN DOS OCASIONES. NO VOLVERÉ A TRATAR CON ELLOS.

Pedí un taladro Genesis 5 ... El taladro en sí estaba bien ... pero los cortadores de $ 1600 vendidos por separado eran basura ... Es imposible ponerse en contacto con alguien allí ... Llamé a rtp afuera (el fabricante del taladro) y Me dijeron que tenían numerosos problemas con los cortadores y que me reembolsarían ... no hay problema ... Quité los cortadores hace un mes y los devolví a ACI (a través de hobdy die & reed) No he recibido dinero, no hay respuesta no responda a mis llamadas nothibg ... Me pondré en contacto con un abogado esta semana ... Ahorre su tiempo, dinero y energía ... ¡estos chicos son una broma!
