Desde el principio hasta el final, API ha sido amable, accesible y profesional. Cuando firmé mi contrato por primera vez para usar API como mi fotógrafo de bodas, trabajé con Shana y Vanessa. Ambos fueron pacientes mientras trabajaba con el paquete que quería (recomiendo su paquete de Roma), y se apresuraron a corregir un par de errores en mi contrato para garantizar que no tuviera errores. Luego, me dieron un cuestionario con respecto a todas las fotos que quería. Fui bastante específico con lo que quería, y Shana y Vanessa, como siempre, respondieron amablemente con "¡No hay problema!" Efectivamente, mis fotógrafos capturaron todos los momentos que más esperaba. El día de la boda, me sentía increíblemente estresado (por supuesto), y tenía en mente que NO HABÍA MANERA de que tuviéramos suficiente tiempo para las fotos. Le pedí a Vanessa que me llamara por favor y lo hizo de inmediato. Ella me aseguró que todo estaría bien y que habría MUCHO tiempo para las fotos. Una vez más, ella tenía razón. :) Will y Katie, mis dos fotógrafos del día (que, por cierto, recomiendo mucho a dos fotógrafos. ¡¡Tengo MUCHAS fotos más por eso !!), fueron tan increíbles. Fueron pacientes, lo cual fue importante para mí, ya que tengo abuelos mayores que no pueden moverse rápidamente para tomar fotos. También fueron pacientes con mi fiesta de bodas en general; nuestra fiesta de bodas, especialmente los padrinos de boda de mi ahora esposo, eran bastante ... ruidosos ... A Will y Katie no pareció importarles. Se mantuvieron profesionales y completaron el trabajo. Will y Katie trabajaron toda la noche, tomando fotos del mejor día de nuestra vida, sin quejarse. Después de la boda, API me mantuvo informado sobre cuándo recibiría mis fotos e incluso me envió algunas fotos para retenerme. Ha sido increíble trabajar con esta empresa y, lo más importante, mis fotos salieron MAGNÍFICAS. Pasé HORAS revisando los más de 1,000 disparos que me enviaron. Incluso pedí que se editaran dos fotos sin filtro, y una vez más, sin quejas, las fotos me fueron enviadas unos días después. Sin ningún tipo de duda recomiendo API para cualquier necesidad fotográfica. ¡¡Gracias API !!
