Absolutamente lo peor. Se suponía que el asistente del "turno de noche" estaba en la habitación de las madres atendiéndola, pero en su lugar, la madre se cayó de la cama y necesitó ayuda para levantarla del 911. Su respuesta fue que "fue un incidente desafortunado"; no confíe en esta agencia el cuidado de sus seres queridos. ¿La asistente estaba "estirando las piernas"? De verdad, es por eso que la televisión en otra habitación estaba en un canal diferente al que yo la había dejado encendida, ni siquiera estaba en la habitación con mamá. Escribiré reseñas en todos los sitios web de este estado si puedo evitar un solo "incidente desafortunado".

No es confiable. Después de firmar el acuerdo y decirme que todo estaba arreglado, me dijeron 3 días antes de que mi esposa regresara a casa que no tenían a nadie. El gerente que hizo promesas ni siquiera tuvo la cortesía de llamar y disculparse. Nunca recomendaría esta empresa.

Esta empresa tiene algunos problemas. Primero, se envió un compañero diferente a la casa de mi familia a pesar de la solicitud y la garantía de que se enviara una persona constante cada semana. En segundo lugar, durante la crisis de Coviod le pedí al coordinador de atención y al coordinador de programación que pusieran al proveedor de atención en espera para limitar el contacto que mi familiar de 86 años tenía con personas externas. Sin embargo, una compañera todavía apareció y mi pariente confundida la dejó entrar, lo que puso en peligro su salud. Nunca recomendaría esta empresa, ya que claramente no tienen idea de cómo se debe administrar una empresa de atención médica.
