I started practicing yoga at Stralen Yoga Centrum a few months ago and it has been a transformative journey. The instructors are skilled and attentive, providing guidance and support throughout the classes. The studio itself is a peaceful oasis in the midst of a busy city. I have seen tremendous improvements in my physical and mental well-being. Highly recommend this yoga center!
