I had a mixed experience with Giant Machines. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they addressed all my concerns promptly. On the other hand, the quality of their products was below average. Despite some shortcomings, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the issues I encountered. Overall, I would rate them as average.
