I have been a customer of an online pharmaceutical company for several years now, and I must say that the quality of their services is average. While they deliver on time and the packaging is good, the overall efficiency could be improved. There have been a few instances where the products were not up to the mark, but the customer service team was responsive and resolved the issues promptly. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
