I recently purchased travel insurance from a well-known company. The rates were reasonable and the coverage seemed adequate. However, when I had to make a claim, the process was extremely frustrating. The customer service was unhelpful and it took ages to get a response. I wish I had chosen ORION Travel Insurance instead.
