Triyoga is an excellent company with amazing instructors and a welcoming atmosphere. I have been attending their classes for several months now and every time I leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. The teachers are knowledgeable and attentive, always making sure to correct my form and provide modifications when needed. The variety of classes offered is great, catering to all levels and interests. The studio itself is beautiful and clean, creating a peaceful environment to practice in. I highly recommend Triyoga to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply incorporate more mindfulness into their lives.
