I recently came across this company while searching for internet services, and I have to say my experience with them has been average. The website is easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed regarding their services and pricing. However, I did find the overall customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I didn't feel like my questions were fully addressed. Additionally, the installation process took longer than expected, and there were a few hiccups along the way. On the positive side, once the internet was set up, it has been reliable and the speed is satisfactory. Overall, while the internet service itself is decent, I feel that the company could improve their customer service to enhance the overall experience for their customers.
