I have mixed feelings about working at NTPC BHEL Power Projects Pvt. Ltd. On one hand, the company provides good opportunities for growth, and the work culture is generally positive. On the other hand, I feel that some employees are not given enough recognition for their efforts. There is also a lack of clarity in certain decision-making processes. Overall, it's an average experience.
