Bilfinger is an average company. The services they provide are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their professionalism and timeliness in delivering projects. However, I believe they can work on enhancing their customer service, as there have been instances where my queries were not addressed promptly. Overall, my experience with Bilfinger has been average.
