I recently used the services of this property management company and found them to be just okay. The website was easy to navigate, but the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow. The property listings were decent, but I wish there were more detailed descriptions and photos. The staff was polite, but I didn't feel like they went out of their way to understand my specific needs. Overall, 🏠 it was an average experience. I hope they can improve their communication and attention to detail to provide a better customer experience in the future.
