I had a mixed experience with Balance Building Group. While their craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, the overall project management fell short in certain aspects. Communication could have been improved, as there were delays in obtaining updates on the project progress. However, the final result was of high quality, and they did rectify any issues promptly. Overall, I would still recommend them for their expertise and workmanship.
