Display technologies utilizing Electronic Paper Displays (EPD) and Organic Light Emitting Diodes are advancing rapidly, and present a myriad of industrial and consumer applications. While mobile computing technology gives users access to information virtually anywhere, professionals in industries such as Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) still rely on large format paper drawings in the field. Large format paper drawings are expensive to produce and subject to ripping, moisture, and other hazards of the job site. Furthermore, drawings undergo several revisions resulting in additional printing and downtime during redistribution. Projects can contain hundreds of drawings, however an individual can only carry and manage a few sheets at a time.
