Become an extraordinary leader. The ION leadership programme is designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of owners, managers, and key decision-makers of businesses located across the Convergence region of West Wales and the Valleys. ION leadership offers 3 intense, engaging and effective new courses tailored for people with different level of leadership experience. Delivered by business experts, the courses are based on practical, experiential learning within a trusted group of peers and they focus on finding real solutions for the real issues that leaders, at all levels, face every day. Led by Swansea University in partnership with Bangor University, the ION Leadership project is backed with £2.7m from the European Social Fund.
