Eye of the Artists was established in 2001 in response to the growing need for connecting more arts programming, arts education and artists to under served communities.The foundation was founded by visual artist/poet Annie Ruth and is recognized as a nonprofit public charity under section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
