Cant be bothered to listen
Took my medication 20 days ago have 8 days left, told it would be a week for repeat. Ordered these. Was told today they would not issue the medication again until i got a blood test. Which I knew and should be done every month. However, they will not issue again medication until blood test is done. Cant get blood test done until 4 weeks time. So I will not get blood test until then. They fail to bother to call back to discuss on consultation. They have ignored the fact I have not been taking them a month. It states that I must keep taking the medication until the treatment has finished, they do not care about that. Which means taking the medication is pointless. Cant speak to anyone, do not get calls back when booked. Wont tell me who refused the medication. Seems its just some clerk.
Now wasted my time on these meds and got to start all over again.
40 minutes waiting to talk to someone to sort. But nothing. You get the text messages because they cant even be bothered with their patients.
