Disappointing Experience at Sucro Can

Working at Sucro Can was far from the enriching career experience I had hoped for, mainly due to significant management issues . Both the QA Lead and Manager displayed a consistent lack of engagement with their core responsibilities. Instead of fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, they frequently delegated their critical tasks to other staff members, adding undue pressure and stress to our daily workload.

The atmosphere became increasingly toxic and disheartening, as it seemed there was a deliberate strategy between the QA Lead and Manager to shift their workload onto others. This not only affected team morale but also hindered our ability to function effectively .
This experience has unfortunately marred my perception of the company and has made my time at Sucro Can quite miserable. For a company that could have offered substantial professional growth, the reality of working under such leadership was a stark contrast to what one would expect from a reputed organization.
