Stay away customer service doesn’t care

Called after 1 1/2 guy said 10 more minutes. After 20 minutes I called
back guy said it was left outside the door 30 minutes ago. No call no knock at door. Insisted they called and knocked. Nope. So the guy the told me 10 minutes had no use because it was sitting out there when I called. Told me anything to get ne off phone. Says customer satisfaction guaranteed. Nope wanted to give me a coupon. Seriously!! Stay way. Lousy customer service $50 worth of cold food and they didn’t care!
