Stressed and bullied staff, at the detriment to the students

I won't bore you with the details. In a nutshell, I have never worked for a school that tries so hard to 1. manipulate its students into becoming over committed and stressed with subjects they are not passionate about
2. Stress it's staff members out to the point of breakdowns
3. Employ incompetent bullies as executives on most subject areas.
Personally, it felt like a cult. The kids are great. But HR is an abomination.
