We've lost 80k AED for work not completed and CZ are refusing to respond to us.

Deeply shocked at the unprofessionalism and dishonesty we have experienced with Creative Zone. We've been working primarily with Zack. After 3 businesses formed over the past 5 years with this company and over 5 referred friends who have subsequently set up with CZ we now find ourselves in a serious legal situation.

Looking to CZ for support on a new company formation in Doha, we paid upfront for the full set up and worked hard to secure a commercial unit that suited our needs. After 6 months of unsuccessful searching we had to cancel our expansion into Doha.

Zack and Creative Zone then refused to pay the 80,500 AED we had spent on the set up.

Only a fraction of this set up fee was down to their professional fees (15,000). The remainder was for licence costs, municipality fees and so on. All external expenses.

Creative Zone have refused to refund us for the entire work, despite multiple voice messages explaining they would not "Hold onto our money and would refund us" from Zack.

Unfortunately they are trying to hold on to every Dirham.

We now find ourselves in a position where they are ignoring our calls, our messages and our emails. We are being ghosted by Creative Zone as they hold onto money they have not earned.

We now have to go down the legal route starting with the DED. Still, no response.

An incredibly short sighted approach from CZ who care very little about their customers, have zero loyalty and cannot be trusted.
