I had an average experience at Serendipity Bridal. The staff was friendly, but I didn't find a dress that I absolutely loved. The selection was decent, but it seemed like they were lacking some unique options. The alterations were okay but not outstanding. Overall, my experience was okay, but I would recommend visiting other bridal boutiques before making a decision.
