I recently tried out an online store for skincare products, and I must say I had a mixed experience. While the website was easy to navigate and had a wide variety of products to choose from, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall customer service. The response time to my queries was average, and I felt like they didn't go above and beyond to assist me. Additionally, the delivery time took longer than expected, which was quite a letdown. On the positive side, their products were of decent quality and lived up to my expectations. The prices were also reasonable, considering the market. I appreciate their effort in providing affordable skincare options. Overall, I would rate the company as average. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery efficiency.
