I've had a mixed experience with Time Knot Forgotten. While the website is easy to use and has a good selection of products, the customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took a while for it to be resolved. However, once it was resolved, I was happy with the outcome. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
