I had an average experience with Kathy Morgan International. The company's website was easy to navigate and find information about their films. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very responsive to my inquiries and I had to wait a long time for a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would say that KMI is an okay company to work with, but there is room for improvement.
