I recently ordered a mattress from their website and I must say, I had an okay experience with "Z" company. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was prompt. However, I found the quality of the mattress to be quite average. It didn't exceed my expectations or bring anything extraordinary to the table. The mattress does provide decent support and comfort, but it lacks that "wow" factor. I was expecting a bit more considering the positive reviews I've read. Additionally, their customer service was average at best. While they were responsive, I felt that they could have been more helpful and attentive to my inquiries. Overall, my experience with "Z" was neither outstanding nor disappointing. It's an okay company with an okay product.
