I had an overall average experience with Hörmann rawema engineering & consulting gmbh. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found their service to be lacking in certain areas. The website der-fabrikplaner.de was informative, but navigation could be improved. I also felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side for what was offered. However, the quality of their work was decent, and I appreciate their timely response to my queries.
