I had a somewhat mixed experience with Equiano. On the one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were always prompt in their replies to my inquiries. However, I found their website to be a bit confusing to navigate, which was frustrating. In terms of pricing, I thought they were fairly competitive compared to other similar companies. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
