I'm really impressed with the Institute of Rugby. The coaches are very knowledgeable and provide valuable insights into the game. The training sessions are challenging but rewarding. The facilities are excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my skills since joining. Overall, a great place to learn and grow as a rugby player.
