I had an average experience with Shorex Capital. The company website shorexcapital.com is easy to navigate and provides useful information. However, their customer service could be improved. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I had to constantly follow up. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
