I had a mixed experience with Brandster inc. While their customer service was excellent and they responded promptly to my inquiries, I was not satisfied with the quality of their products. The items I received were not as described and the material used was subpar. I had to return the items and it was a hassle. I hope they improve their product quality in the future.
