I recently made a purchase from the company and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery of my order. It took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get an update. 🤨 Additionally, the customer service response was a bit slow. On a positive note, the quality of the product I bought was good, and the packaging was secure. Overall, I would say that the company has potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and delivery.
