I recently purchased a product from Magicfire and I have to say, their customer service is average. The product arrived on time and was in good condition. However, I had some issues with the product and when I contacted their support team, they were not very helpful. They did eventually resolve my issue, but it took a lot of back and forth communication. Overall, I would rate my experience with Magicfire as average.
