I recently enrolled my child in a literacy program and decided to try out the Intergenerational Literacy Program. While the program was effective in improving my child's reading skills, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The staff seemed disorganized at times and there were a few instances where my child's progress was not properly tracked. Additionally, the program lacked variety in terms of reading materials. Overall, it was an average experience.
