I have been a customer of Talem Home Care Franchising for the past two years and I must say, their service has been average. While they do provide the necessary care, I feel that there is room for improvement. The caregivers are generally friendly and professional, but there have been instances where they have been late or missed appointments without prior notice. Overall, I would rate Talem Home Care Franchising as an average option for home care services.
