I recently visited a dermatologist, and while their services were satisfactory, I wished they could improve their customer service. The doctor was knowledgeable, but the staff seemed a bit disorganized and uninterested. It would be great if they could work on creating a more welcoming environment for their patients. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
